What to include
Your reference code, if you have one. It is the eight-character code shown when you shared your assessment, in the form ABCD-1234, and it is printed on your report.
The code matters more than it looks. It is the only thing that connects a stored submission to the person who made it: no name, no email and no IP address is held against it. Without the code, an institution name and an approximate date are all there is to go on, and if two people from the same institution have both submitted there may be no way to tell which is yours.
Say what you would like done: a copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion. You do not need to give a reason for deletion.
What happens next
A person reads it. There is no automated deletion endpoint, deliberately: acting on a request means confirming which submission is meant, and a self-service route keyed on a code anyone could quote would let a stranger delete somebody else’s assessment.
We aim to respond within 21 working days. The Mauritius Data Protection Act also sets time limits for responding, and AfricaNenda Foundation is bound by them.
If your submission is deleted, the anonymous totals it was counted into stay. Those hold no institution name, no country and no free text, so there is nothing in them to identify you or your institution, and they cannot be unpicked back to a single assessment.

You can complain to the Data Protection Office in Mauritius, where AfricaNenda Foundation is established. If you are in the European Union, you may complain to your local supervisory authority instead.
